With a combined 28 years in Alaska real estate sales and property management, we bring unmatched local expertise to Fairbanks and North Pole. Joe’s 8 years of Army service—including two tours in Iraq where he earned a Bronze Star and Purple Heart—reflects our deep commitment to discipline, dedication, and excellence. As passionate pilots and hunters, we live and breathe Alaska, ensuring our hands-on approach maximizes rental income for owners and delivers a well-cared-for home for tenants.

    Adam Severson

    MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR @ MAVERICK MAINTENANCE

    Adam Serverson is our maintenance expert at Maverick Maintenance, boasting over 20 years of hands-on experience. Starting out on a concrete crew at an early age, Adam quickly mastered all aspects of construction. He later ran a very successful drywall and painting company before relocating to Alaska. Beyond his professional expertise, Adam proudly joined the army and served in Iraq, where he earned a Purple Heart. His diverse background and unwavering commitment to quality ensure that every property under our care is maintained to the highest standards.
